Sometimes I will form my own lyrics to the tune of a song. In this case, the lyrics are set to “Love Lockdown” by Kanye West. The tune came to my mind while writing it a while back. These words are all about protecting our love and keeping our hearts safe. When it does get hurt, you have to open up a little to get the healing that you need.
